1. Cleaning man

During my early secondary school days, our teacher gave us a pop quiz. In my school days i was reliable student and i was breezing good until i came to last question, "What is the name of the man who cleans the department labs?"

That time that question feels like a joke, I've seen that man, average height, dark, skinny and about 42. But how'd i came to know his name? I handed my paper to the teacher leaving last question blank and asked teacher if the last question would count towards quiz marks.

"Absolutely" said the teacher. "In your career,you'll meet many people. All are significant. They deserve your attention and care. Even if all you have to do is smile and say "HELLO".

In my whole career I've never forgotten this lesson. I've also learn afterward his name.
